What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro Permanent Magnet Technology ingeniously controls magnetic field lines through electrical impulses, allowing for dynamic transitions between magnetized (strong magnetic force) and demagnetized (non-magnetic) states. This groundbreaking application empowers you with the ability to independently attract or release materials at will.
In the Magnetized State, an electromagnetic coil delivers an instantaneous excitation, switching the magnetic field state of reversible materials. The resulting magnetic field envelops the pole surface, generating formidable adsorption power. As a closed-loop system, it operates silently and efficiently with no heat, noise, or energy consumption, as depicted in Figure 1.1.
During the Demagnetized State, a brief excitation current alters the reversible magnetic field, ensuring the magnetic field contracts within the permanent magnet. Consequently, the surface of the magnetic pole becomes devoid of magnetic influence, enabling the smooth release of materials, as illustrated in Figure 1.2.
