What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology utilizes electricity to regulate the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. This allows for strong magnetic force (magnetized) or no magnetic force (demagnetized) states, offering an advanced solution that attracts or releases materials autonomously.
In the magnetized state, an electromagnetic coil uses instantaneous excitation current to manage the magnetic field state of reversible magnetic materials. This results in a potent adsorption force as the magnetic field envelops the magnetic poles. It forms a closed loop, ensuring zero magnetic loss, no heat emission, silent operation, and energy efficiency (as depicted in Figure 1.1).
In the demagnetized state, the electromagnetic coil again uses instantaneous excitation current to alter the magnetic field, causing it to converge within the permanent magnet. This removes the magnetic field from the pole's surface, effectively releasing the material (as shown in Figure 1.2).
