What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology utilizes electricity to manipulate the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. This cutting-edge application allows materials to be independently attracted or released, embodying both magnetized and demagnetized states.
In the magnetized state, an electromagnetic coil briefly excites, altering the reversible magnetic material's state. This creates a powerful magnetic field loop with no loss, heat, noise, or energy consumption, ensuring efficient performance (see Figure 1.1).
During the demagnetized state, a subsequent excitation current alters the magnetic field once more, containing it within the permanent magnet. The surface becomes non-magnetic, safely releasing the material (see Figure 1.2).
