What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology revolutionizes the use of electricity to precisely manage the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. This cutting-edge technology enables the magnet to exhibit powerful magnetic forces when in a magnetized state and no magnetic force when demagnetized. An ingenious application, it allows for the effortless attraction or release of materials autonomously.
Magnetized State: By employing an electromagnetic coil with an instantaneous excitation current, this state manipulates the magnetic field of reversible magnetic materials. It creates a potent magnetic field that envelops the surface of the magnetic poles, delivering exceptional adsorption power. Thanks to the closed-loop formation of the magnetic field, it boasts no magnetic loss, operates silently, generates no heat, and conserves energy efficiently (as illustrated in Figure 1.1).
Demagnetized State: In the magnetized state, a secondary application of instantaneous excitation current through the electromagnetic coil alters the internal reversible magnetic field. This adjustment confines the magnetic field within the permanent magnet, leaving the surface of the magnetic poles devoid of any magnetic field, thus releasing the material (as depicted in Figure 1.2).
