What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology is a groundbreaking innovation that elegantly harnesses electricity to control the magnetic field lines within permanent magnet materials. This allows for the creation of either a magnetized state, showcasing powerful magnetic force, or a demagnetized state, devoid of magnetic influence. This cutting-edge technology enables materials to be attracted or released autonomously, offering unparalleled precision and efficiency.
Magnetized state: In this state, an electromagnetic coil is briefly excited by an instantaneous current, which skillfully shifts the magnetic field state of reversible magnetic materials. The result is a robust magnetic field enveloping the surface of the magnetic poles, creating a formidable adsorption force. Notably, the magnetic field forms a closed loop, ensuring there is no magnetic loss, while operating silently, without generating heat, and consuming no energy, making it a marvel of efficiency (as depicted in Figure 1.1).
Demagnetized state: When transitioning from the magnetized state, the electromagnetic coil is momentarily excited once more, ingeniously altering the reversible magnetic field through an integrated circuit. Consequently, the magnetic field internalizes within the permanent magnet, leaving the magnetic pole surface free from magnetic influence, thereby releasing the material (as illustrated in Figure 1.2).
