What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro Permanent Magnet Technology revolutionizes control over magnetic fields. By using electricity to modulate the magnetic properties of permanent magnet materials, this cutting-edge technology offers the ability to attract or release materials with precision, setting new standards in operational efficiency.
In the Magnetized State, a brief electromagnetic coil excitation triggers a switch in the magnetic field of reversible magnetic materials, causing the magnetic field to envelop the pole surfaces, thus creating a powerful adsorption force. Featuring a closed-loop magnetic field, it boasts no magnetic loss, and operates silently, without heat or energy consumption, as depicted in Figure 1.1.
During the Demagnetized State, the system once again uses instantaneous electromagnetic excitation to alter the reversible magnetic field. This process confines the magnetic field within the permanent magnet, ensuring the pole surfaces are free of magnetic influence, allowing materials to be released, as illustrated in Figure 1.2.
