What is electro permanent magnetic technology ?
Electro permanent magnet technology harnesses the power of electricity to masterfully govern the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials, showcasing a dual state: commanding magnetic force when magnetized and negating it when demagnetized. This pioneering technology stands as a beacon of innovation, allowing materials to be effortlessly attracted or released, all independently.
Magnetized state: In this state, an electromagnetic coil is briefly energized with an instantaneous current, seamlessly switching the magnetic field state of reversible magnetic material. This results in a robust magnetic field enveloping the pole surfaces, delivering an impressive adsorption force. With a closed loop of magnetic fields, this state ensures zero magnetic loss, operates with no heat, remains silent, and consumes no energy (as illustrated in Figure 1.1).
Demagnetized state: Transitioning from magnetized, the electromagnetic coil receives another brief current, altering the internal circuit to reverse the magnetic field. This change causes the magnetic field to retreat inside the permanent magnet, leaving the pole surfaces free of magnetic force, thus enabling material release (as depicted in Figure 1.2).
