What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro Permanent Magnet Technology ingeniously uses electricity to manage the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials, effortlessly toggling between magnetized and non-magnetized states. This revolutionary application technology empowers independent attraction or release of materials.
In the Magnetized State, an electromagnetic coil with instantaneous excitation current manages the magnetic field switch of the reversible magnetic material, enveloping the magnetic poles with a powerful adsorption force. Thanks to its closed-loop magnetic field, it operates with no magnetic loss, no heat, no noise, and zero energy consumption (as illustrated in Figure 1.1).
In the Demagnetized State, a secondary excitation current alters the magnetic field, retracting it within the permanent magnet. This effectively removes the magnetic field from the pole surfaces, allowing the material to be released effortlessly (as depicted in Figure 1.2).
