What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro Permanent Magnet Technology ingeniously uses electrical energy to regulate the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. It presents either magnetic force (magnetized state) or non-magnetic force (demagnetized state), offering an innovative application technology that independently attracts or releases materials.
In the Magnetized State, the electromagnetic coil utilizes an instantaneous excitation current to alter the magnetic state of reversible magnetic materials, enveloping the magnetic poles with a powerful adsorption force. As the magnetic field forms a closed loop, this state ensures no magnetic loss, heat, noise, or energy consumption, as depicted in Figure 1.1.
In the Demagnetized State, by applying another instantaneous excitation current, the electromagnetic coil modifies the reversible magnetic field, resulting in the magnetic field being confined within the permanent magnet. Consequently, the surface of the magnetic pole is free of any magnetic field, effectively releasing the material, as illustrated in Figure 1.2.
