What is electro permanent magnetic technology ?
Electro permanent magnet technology is a groundbreaking method that uses electricity to orchestrate the alignment of magnetic field lines in permanent magnet materials. This enables the magnet to exhibit either magnetic force (in a magnetized state) or non-magnetic force (in a demagnetized state). It's an innovative system that independently attracts or releases materials.
Magnetized state: When an electromagnetic coil receives an instantaneous excitation current, it orchestrates the magnetic state switch of reversible magnetic materials. This process allows the magnetic field to envelop the magnetic pole surfaces, creating a robust adsorption force. Since this magnetic field forms a closed loop, there is no loss of magnetism, ensuring operation without heat, noise, or energy consumption (as illustrated in Figure 1.1).
Demagnetized state: By applying another burst of instantaneous excitation current to the electromagnetic coil in the magnetized state, the built-in circuit alters the reversible magnetic field. This causes the field to converge within the permanent magnet, leading to a lack of surface magnetic field and allowing the material to be released (as illustrated in Figure 1.2).
