What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology ingeniously uses electricity to control the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. This innovation allows for a switch between magnetic force (magnetized state) and non-magnetic force (demagnetized state), providing a groundbreaking application that can independently attract or release materials.
In the magnetized state, an electromagnetic coil with an instantaneous excitation current precisely controls the magnetic field of reversible magnetic materials. This creates a powerful adsorption force that forms a closed magnetic loop, eliminating magnetic loss, heat, noise, and energy consumption, as depicted in Figure 1.1.
During the demagnetized state, another instantaneous excitation current through the electromagnetic coil alters the built-in circuit to change the reversible magnetic field. This causes the magnetic field to converge inside the permanent magnet, releasing the material by eliminating the magnetic field on the pole surface, as shown in Figure 1.2.
