Unveiling Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology
Electro permanent magnet technology ingeniously uses electricity to manipulate permanent magnet material's magnetic field lines. This innovation creates either a magnetic force (magnetized state) or a non-magnetic force (demagnetized state), allowing for precise control over material attraction or release.
In the Magnetized State, an electromagnetic coil uses instantaneous excitation current to toggle the magnetic field of reversible magnetic material, unleashing powerful adsorption forces over the magnetic poles' surface. This closed-loop magnetic field boasts zero loss, operating silently, without heat emission or energy consumption, as illustrated in Figure 1.1.
In the Demagnetized State, another burst of instantaneous excitation current alters the reversible magnetic field, converging it within the permanent magnet and ceasing field presence on the magnetic pole surface, thus releasing the material, as depicted in Figure 1.2.
