What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro Permanent Magnet Technology ingeniously utilizes electricity to govern the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials, achieving a magnetic force (magnetized state) or a non-magnetic force (demagnetized state). This cutting-edge application allows autonomous attraction or release of materials.
In the magnetized state, an electromagnetic coil uses instantaneous excitation current to switch the magnetic field state of a reversible magnetic material, enveloping the magnetic pole's surface and generating powerful adsorption. A closed-loop magnetic field ensures no loss or heat, operating silently and energy-efficiently (see Figure 1.1).
In the demagnetized state, with a second burst of excitation current, the built-in circuit alters the reversible magnetic field, redirecting it within the permanent magnet, leaving the pole surface field-free, releasing materials effortlessly (see Figure 1.2).
