What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro Permanent Magnet Technology utilizes electricity to govern the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials, allowing for magnetized (magnetic force) or demagnetized (non-magnetic force) states. This groundbreaking technology enables independent material attraction or release.
In the Magnetized State, an electromagnetic coil with instantaneous excitation current manages the switching of the magnetic field of reversible materials, creating a strong adsorption force with no magnetic loss, operating silently and without heat or energy consumption (as illustrated in Figure 1.1).
In the Demagnetized State, the electromagnetic coil again receives an instantaneous excitation current, altering the reversible magnetic field so that it converges inside the permanent magnet, releasing the material as the magnetic field no longer occupies the pole surface (as illustrated in Figure 1.2).
