What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology revolutionizes material handling by using electricity to control the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. This technology allows for the expression of either a magnetic (magnetized) or non-magnetic (demagnetized) state. It is a cutting-edge application that enables independent attraction or release of materials.
Magnetized State: Utilizing an electromagnetic coil with instantaneous excitation current, it controls the magnetic field state of reversible magnetic materials. This results in a magnetic field covering the surface of the magnetic poles, providing a powerful adsorption force. With a closed-loop magnetic field, enjoy no magnetic loss, no heat, no noise, and energy-saving features (as depicted in Figure 1.1).
Demagnetized State: In this state, the electromagnetic coil's instantaneous excitation current alters the reversible magnetic field.
