What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro Permanent Magnet Technology utilizes electricity to manipulate the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. This advanced technology allows you to control the expression of magnetic force (magnetized state) or non-magnetic force (demagnetized state), offering innovative applications that enable independent attraction or release of materials.
Magnetized State: Employing an electromagnetic coil with instantaneous excitation current to switch the magnetic field state of reversible magnetic materials, this state covers the surface of the magnetic poles with a strong adsorption force. With a closed-loop magnetic field, there is no magnetic loss, ensuring operations are heat-free, noise-free, and energy-efficient, as illustrated in Figure 1.1.
Demagnetized State: In the magnetized state, an instantaneous excitation current in the electromagnetic coil alters the built-in circuit to change the reversible magnetic field. This causes the magnetic field to converge inside the permanent magnet, leaving no magnetic field on the pole surface, thereby releasing the material, as depicted in Figure 1.2.
