What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology leverages electrical power to manipulate the magnetic field lines inherent in permanent magnet materials. This results in a state of magnetic attraction or a demagnetized state. It's a groundbreaking technology allowing materials to be attracted or released autonomously, enhancing efficiency and innovation.
Magnetized State: The electromagnetic coil introduces an instantaneous excitation current, adeptly managing the magnetic field state of reversible magnetic materials. This process forms a robust magnetic field loop on the surface of the magnetic poles, generating exceptional adsorption force. With zero magnetic loss, the system operates silently and efficiently, conserving energy by eliminating heat and noise (as illustrated in Figure 1.1).
Demagnetized State: Following magnetization, a subsequent instantaneous excitation current through the electromagnetic coil reshapes the reversible magnetic field.
