Understanding Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology
Electro permanent magnet technology intricately controls magnetic field lines via electricity. This innovative approach alternates between magnetic force (magnetized) and non-magnetic force (demagnetized), enabling independent attraction or release of materials.
In the magnetized state, an electromagnetic coil with instantaneous excitation current dynamically switches the magnetic field of reversible magnetic material, enveloping magnetic poles with formidable adsorption force. Thanks to a closed loop magnetic field, this process is energy-efficient with no heat, noise, or power consumption (refer to Figure 1.1).
During the demagnetized state, the system reactivates the electromagnetic coil with a swift current, altering the reversible magnetic field and internalizing it within the permanent magnet.
