What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology ingeniously utilizes electricity to orchestrate the magnetic field trajectories of permanent magnet materials. This results in a compelling display of magnetic force when in a magnetized state, or the absence thereof when demagnetized. This groundbreaking application technology offers an unparalleled ability to independently attract or release materials.
Magnetized state: By leveraging an electromagnetic coil with an instantaneous excitation current, the state of the magnetic field of reversible magnetic materials can be deftly controlled. This mastery allows the magnetic field to envelop the surface of the magnetic poles, generating an intense adhesive force. The magnetic field forms a closed loop with absolutely no magnetic loss, ensuring operation devoid of heat, noise, or energy consumption, as elegantly depicted in Figure 1.1.
Demagnetized state: In the magnetized condition, another strike of instantaneous excitation current through the electromagnetic coil triggers a transformation in the reversible magnetic field, causing the magnetic field to be focused inward within the permanent magnet. Consequently, the surface of the magnetic poles becomes devoid of any magnetic field, liberating the material, as depicted in Figure 1.2.
