What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology revolutionizes material handling by employing electricity to manipulate the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. This cutting-edge application allows for independent attraction or release of materials using either magnetic force (magnetized state) or non-magnetic force (demagnetized state).
In the magnetized state, an electromagnetic coil generates an instantaneous excitation current, enabling the switch between magnetic field states of reversible magnetic materials. This results in a powerful magnetic field at the pole surfaces, creating a formidable adsorption force. The closed-loop magnetic field design ensures zero magnetic loss, alongside silent, heat-free operation without energy consumption, as illustrated in Figure 1.1.
Upon demagnetization, an instantaneous excitation current through the electromagnetic coil alters the built-in circuit, transforming the reversible magnetic field. Consequently, the field converges inside the permanent magnet, leaving the pole surface devoid of a magnetic field, thus releasing the material, as depicted in Figure 1.2.
