What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology harnesses the power of electricity to control magnetic field lines in permanent magnet materials. This innovative technology allows for dynamic control, expressing either magnetic force (magnetized state) or non-magnetic force (demagnetized state), enabling independent attraction or release of materials with exceptional precision.
In the magnetized state, an electromagnetic coil generates an instantaneous excitation current, switching the magnetic field state of reversible magnetic materials. This encapsulates the surface of magnetic poles, creating a powerful adsorption force. Thanks to the closed-loop design, there are no magnetic losses, ensuring operation without heat, noise, or energy consumption (illustrated in Figure 1.1).
In the demagnetized state, a subsequent excitation current alters the reversible magnetic field, concentrating it within the permanent magnet. As a result, the surface of the magnetic pole becomes non-magnetic, allowing the material to be released efficiently (illustrated in Figure 1.2).
