Electro permanent magnet technology revolutionizes material handling by using controlled electricity to manage the magnetic fields of permanent magnet materials. This advanced technology allows for magnetized (magnetic force) and demagnetized (non-magnetic force) states, enabling independent attraction or release of materials.
Magnetized State: Utilizing an electromagnetic coil with an instantaneous excitation current, this state controls the magnetic field of reversible magnetic materials. This results in a powerful magnetic field at the pole's surface, providing strong adsorption force without magnetic loss, heat, noise, or energy consumption (as illustrated in Figure 1.1).
Demagnetized State: From the magnetized state, a second instantaneous excitation current alters the reversible magnetic field, retracting the field within the permanent magnet. This leaves the pole surface free of magnetic field, allowing material release (as illustrated in Figure 1.2).
