What is electro permanent magnetic technology ?
Electro permanent magnet technology represents a groundbreaking innovation in the realm of magnetic applications. By utilizing electricity to deftly manipulate the magnetic field lines inherent in permanent magnet materials, this technology seamlessly transitions between a magnetic force (magnetized state) and a non-magnetic force (demagnetized state). It offers a revolutionary approach that empowers users to independently attract or release materials with unmatched precision.
Magnetized state: In this state, an electromagnetic coil is briefly excited by an instantaneous current, effectively toggling the magnetic field state of the reversible magnetic material. This action causes the magnetic field to envelop the surface of the magnetic poles, generating an exceptionally strong adsorption force. The elegance of this system lies in its closed-loop magnetic field, ensuring there is no magnetic loss. Demagnetized state: Transitioning from the magnetized state, the electromagnetic coil is again briefly excited by an instantaneous current. This activates an internal circuit that alters the reversible magnetic field, causing the magnetic field to retreat into the permanent magnet. Consequently, the surface of the magnetic poles becomes devoid of a magnetic field, and the material is released. This is depicted in Figure 1.2.
