What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnetic technology leverages electricity to manipulate the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials, transitioning between magnetic force (magnetized state) or non-magnetic force (demagnetized state). This inventive technology allows for autonomous attraction or release of materials.
In the magnetized state, an electromagnetic coil with a momentary excitation current switches the magnetic field state of reversible magnetic materials, creating a powerful adsorption force at the pole surfaces. The closed-loop magnetic field prevents loss, operates without heat or noise, and consumes no energy (as depicted in Figure 1.1).
In the demagnetized state, the electromagnetic coil, with another instantaneous excitation, alters the internal reversible magnetic field, converging it within the permanent magnet, thus releasing the material as the pole surfaces become non-magnetic (as depicted in Figure 1.2).
