What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology harnesses the power of electricity to control the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. This innovative technology allows the magnet to switch between a magnetized state, where it exhibits strong magnetic force, and a demagnetized state, with no magnetic force. This ingenious application enables the independent attraction and release of materials, offering remarkable versatility and efficiency.
Magnetized State: In the magnetized state, an electromagnetic coil uses instantaneous excitation current to manipulate the magnetic field state of reversible magnetic materials. This generates a closed-loop magnetic field that covers the surface of the magnetic poles, producing a potent adsorption force. Thanks to this design, there is no magnetic loss, and it operates without generating heat, noise, or consuming energy, as depicted in Figure 1.1.
Demagnetized State: When switching to the demagnetized state, the electromagnetic coil applies another instantaneous excitation current. The built-in circuit alters the reversible magnetic field, causing the magnetic field to converge within the permanent magnet. Consequently, the surface of the magnetic poles becomes devoid of magnetic force, allowing the material to be released effortlessly, as shown in Figure 1.2.
