What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology seamlessly harnesses electricity to regulate the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. This remarkable technology can manifest either as a powerful magnetic force (magnetized state) or as a non-magnetic force (demagnetized state). As a pioneering application method, it independently enables the attraction or release of materials with precision and efficiency.
Magnetized State: Through the ingenious use of an electromagnetic coil with instantaneous excitation currents, this technology orchestrates the seamless switching of magnetic field states in reversible magnetic materials. The result is a formidable magnetic force that envelopes the surface of the magnetic poles, ensuring robust adhesion. Notably, the closed-loop magnetic field design eradicates magnetic loss, operating without generating heat, noise, or energy consumption, as illustrated in Figure 1.1.
Demagnetized State: In a remarkable transition from the magnetized state, the electromagnetic coil is once more subjected to instantaneous excitation current, causing an alteration of the reversible magnetic field via an integrated circuit. Consequently, the magnetic field converges internally within the permanent magnet, rendering the surface devoid of a magnetic field, thereby releasing the material, as visually depicted in Figure 1.2.
