What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology ingeniously utilizes electricity to command the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. This riveting technology allows for material to be magnetically attracted or released independently. Imagine the power to switch between a magnetized state, bursting with magnetic force, and a demagnetized state, free of magnetic pull. Magnetized state: In this state, an electromagnetic coil receives a brief surge of current, controlling the magnetic field switch of reversible magnetic materials. This results in a powerful magnetic field covering the surface of the poles, creating an intense adsorption force. With a closed-loop magnetic field, there's no energy loss, and the operation is silent, heat-free, and energy-efficient, as detailed in Figure 1.1.
Demagnetized state: From the magnetized phase, another surge of current through the electromagnetic coil alters the reversible magnetic field via an internal circuit. This converges the magnetic field within the permanent magnet, nullifying the magnetic force on the surface of the poles and releasing the material, as depicted in Figure 1.2.
