What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology ingeniously harnesses electricity to govern the magnetic field of permanent magnet materials. Exhibiting either magnetic force (during magnetized state) or non-magnetic force (in demagnetized state), this cutting-edge technology independently manages the attraction or release of materials.
In the magnetized state, an electromagnetic coil with instantaneous excitation current adeptly switches the magnetic field of reversible materials, enveloping the magnetic poles with a powerful adsorption force. This closed-loop magnetic field guarantees zero magnetic loss, operating without heat, noise, or energy consumption (as illustrated in Figure 1.1).
During the demagnetized state, a subsequent instantaneous excitation current in the electromagnetic coil alters the reversible magnetic field, confining the field within the permanent magnet, allowing material release as seen in Figure 1.2.
