What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology operates by using electricity to manipulate the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. This sophisticated system can transition between a potent magnetized state and a non-magnetic, demagnetized state, providing a cutting-edge solution for independent material attraction or release.
In the magnetized state, an electromagnetic coil delivers an instantaneous excitation current, controlling the magnetic field state of reversible magnetic materials. This results in a potent magnetic force that securely envelops the magnetic poles, without any energy loss, noise, or heat generation.
During the demagnetized state, the electromagnetic coil applies another quick excitation current to alter the reversible magnetic field, concentrating the magnetic force within the permanent magnet.
