What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology controls the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials through electricity, either exhibiting magnetic force (magnetized state) or non-magnetic force (demagnetized state). This pioneering application technology allows for the independent attraction or release of materials.
Magnetized state: An electromagnetic coil with instantaneous excitation current manages the magnetic field state switching of reversible magnetic materials. This process creates a strong adsorption force as the magnetic field encompasses the magnetic pole surfaces. Due to the closed-loop formation of the magnetic field, there is no magnetic loss, ensuring operations without heat, noise, or energy consumption (as illustrated in Figure 1.1).
Demagnetized state: In the magnetized state, an instantaneous excitation current from the electromagnetic coil alters the built-in circuit to change the reversible magnetic field. This results in the magnetic field converging inside the permanent magnet, eliminating the magnetic field on the magnetic pole surfaces and releasing the material (as illustrated in Figure 1.2).
