What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology ingeniously utilizes electricity to govern the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials, enabling a state of powerful magnetization or demagnetization. This cutting-edge technology allows materials to be seamlessly attracted or released with unrivaled precision and independence.
Magnetized State: Through a dynamic pulse of instantaneous excitation current, the electromagnetic coil orchestrates the magnetic field state transition in reversible magnetic materials. This action envelops the magnetic poles with a robust magnetic field, ensuring a potent adsorption force that forms a closed-loop system, eliminating magnetic loss and operating with zero heat, noise, or energy consumption, as illustrated in Figure 1.1.
Demagnetized State: Once in the magnetized state, a subsequent pulse of instantaneous excitation current through the electromagnetic coil meticulously shifts the reversible magnetic field. This concentrates the magnetic field within the permanent magnet, eradicating the surface magnetic field of the poles, and thus, liberating the material, as depicted in Figure 1.2.
