What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology offers a groundbreaking approach to magnetic control, utilizing electricity to manipulate the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. This innovative application can independently attract or release materials by transitioning between magnetized and non-magnetized states.
Magnetized State: With a burst of instantaneous excitation current, the electromagnetic coil manages the switching of the magnetic field state in reversible magnetic materials. This activates a powerful magnetic force on the surface of the magnetic poles, ensuring strong adsorption with no energy loss. The closed loop of the magnetic field guarantees no heat, noise, or energy consumption, epitomizing efficiency (refer to Figure 1.1).
Demagnetized state: In this state, a subsequent burst of excitation current alters the internal magnetic field configuration, causing the field to retreat within the permanent magnet. Consequently, the magnetic pole surfaces lose their magnetic field, releasing the material with precision and reliability (refer to Figure 1.2).
