What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?

       Electro Permanent Magnet Technology empowers you to master the magnetic realm with electricity, guiding the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. It elegantly alternates between magnetic force (magnetized state) and non-magnetic force (demagnetized state), offering an ingenious solution for autonomous attraction or release of materials.

    Magnetized State: With a swift pulse of electromagnetic coil excitation, control the switchable magnetic field of reversible magnetic materials. This results in a magnetic field enveloping the pole surfaces with immense adsorption force. The closed-loop formation ensures zero magnetic loss, operating silently, without heat, and with no energy consumption (see Figure 1.1).

    Demagnetized State: A second pulse of excitation current during the magnetized state ingeniously alters the internal circuit, retracting the magnetic field within the permanent magnet. The pole surface becomes non-magnetic, allowing material release with ease (see Figure 1.2).
