Understanding Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology
Electro permanent magnet technology utilizes electricity to manipulate the magnetic field lines of permanent magnetic materials, enabling them to exhibit magnetic force (magnetized state) or no force (demagnetized state). This cutting-edge technology allows materials to be attracted or released autonomously.
Magnetized State: The electromagnetic coil, with an instant excitation current, flawlessly manages the switch of magnetic field states in reversible magnetic materials, enveloping the poles with a robust magnetic field, yielding powerful adsorption. With a closed-loop magnetic field, it ensures zero magnetic loss, operates without heat, noise, or energy consumption (refer to Figure 1.1).
Demagnetized State: By delivering another instantaneous excitation current in the magnetized state, the electromagnetic coil alters the internal circuit, concentrating the magnetic field within the permanent magnet. The pole surface becomes devoid of a magnetic field, facilitating material release (refer to Figure 1.2).
