What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology leverages electricity to manipulate the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. This innovative approach allows for independent attraction or release of materials, offering a seamless transition between magnetized and demagnetized states.
In the magnetized state, an instantaneous excitation current through the electromagnetic coil switches the magnetic field of reversible magnetic materials, creating powerful adsorption. The closed-loop magnetic field ensures no magnetic loss, operating without heat, noise, or energy consumption (as shown in Figure 1.1).
In the demagnetized state, a second instantaneous excitation current realigns the internal circuit, concentrating the magnetic field within the permanent magnet, releasing materials as the surface becomes non-magnetic (as shown in Figure 1.2).
