What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology revolutionizes the control of magnetic field lines in permanent magnet materials, allowing seamless transitions between magnetized and demagnetized states. This pioneering technology can independently attract or release materials, enhancing operational flexibility.
Magnetized State: When an electromagnetic coil applies an instantaneous excitation current, it dynamically switches the state of reversible magnetic material. This results in a potent magnetic field covering the pole surfaces, offering significant adsorption strength. With a closed-loop formed, it features zero magnetic loss, no heat generation, silence, and energy efficiency (as illustrated in Figure 1.1).
Demagnetized State: In this state, with another burst of instantaneous excitation current, the built-in circuit alters the reversible magnetic field, causing the magnetic field to retreat within the permanent magnet. The magnetic pole surfaces are rendered non-magnetic, allowing for material release (as depicted in Figure 1.2).
