What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology masterfully controls magnetic field lines through electricity, toggling between magnetized and demagnetized states. This cutting-edge technology autonomously attracts or releases materials, showcasing its innovative prowess.
In the magnetized state, an electromagnetic coil initiates instantaneous excitation current, skillfully managing the magnetic field state of reversible magnetic material. This creates a robust closed-loop magnetic field covering the poles, ensuring powerful adsorption without magnetic loss, heat, noise, or energy consumption (as illustrated in Figure 1.1).
During the demagnetized state, another instantaneous excitation current is applied. The built-in circuit alters the reversible magnetic field, converging within the permanent magnet and erasing the magnetic field on the pole surface, safely releasing the material (as illustrated in Figure 1.2).
