What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology masterfully controls magnetic field lines using electricity, toggling between a magnetic force (magnetized state) and a non-magnetic force (demagnetized state). This groundbreaking technology independently attracts or releases materials with precision.
Magnetized state: Utilizing an electromagnetic coil with instantaneous excitation current, it switches the magnetic field of reversible magnetic material, covering the surface of the magnetic poles with a robust adsorption force. The closed-loop magnetic field eliminates loss, ensuring operations are heat-free, noiseless, and energy-efficient (see Figure 1.1).
Demagnetized state: During the magnetized state, a quick excitation current in the electromagnetic coil alters the reversible magnetic field. This causes the magnetic field to converge within the permanent magnet, leaving the magnetic pole surface field-free, allowing for material release (see Figure 1.2).
