What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology harnesses electricity to control the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. This cutting-edge technology enables materials to be independently attracted or released, with states of magnetic force (magnetized) or non-magnetic force (demagnetized).
Magnetized state: Activate with an instantaneous excitation current through an electromagnetic coil, switching the magnetic field state of reversible magnetic material. This results in a strong adsorption force as the magnetic field envelops the pole surface, forming a closed loop with no loss, heat, noise, or energy consumption (as visualized in Figure 1.1).
Demagnetized state: In the magnetized state, apply another instantaneous excitation current to the electromagnetic coil. The built-in circuit alters the reversible magnetic field, making it converge inside the permanent magnet. The pole surface loses its magnetic field, releasing the material (as shown in Figure 1.2).
