What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology is a groundbreaking approach that uses electricity to control the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. This dynamic technology enables the magnetized state, characterized by magnetic force, or a demagnetized state, where non-magnetic force prevails. It empowers autonomous material attraction or release, revolutionizing the way magnetic applications are approached.
In the magnetized state, an instantaneous excitation current enlivens the electromagnetic coil, orchestrating a switch in the magnetic field state of reversible materials. This results in a robust magnetic field enveloping the magnetic poles with formidable adsorption force. As the magnetic field forms a closed loop, there is no magnetic loss, ensuring a heat-free, noise-free, and energy-efficient operation, as illustrated in Figure 1.1.
During the demagnetized state, another pulse of instantaneous excitation current is deployed. This transforms the existing magnetic field, causing it to converge within the permanent magnet. Consequently, the surface of the magnetic pole is devoid of any magnetic field, leading to the release of the material, as depicted in Figure 1.2.
