What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology ingeniously harnesses electricity to command the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials, toggling between magnetic (magnetized) and non-magnetic (demagnetized) states. This cutting-edge application independently attracts or releases materials, revolutionizing handling processes.
Magnetized State: An electromagnetic coil, with its instantaneous excitation current, masterfully switches the magnetic field state of reversible magnetic materials. The magnetic field envelops the pole surfaces, delivering formidable adsorption. Due to the closed-loop formation, there's zero magnetic loss—enjoying a noiseless, heatless, and energy-free operation (see Figure 1.1).
Demagnetized State: By reapplying the instantaneous excitation current in the magnetized state, the electromagnetic coil smartly alters the built-in circuit to reshape the magnetic field inside the permanent magnet, rendering the pole surfaces magnet-free and allowing material release (see Figure 1.2).
