What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Electro permanent magnet technology harnesses the power of electricity to precisely manipulate the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. This innovative application enables the magnet to switch between magnetized (magnetic force) and demagnetized (non-magnetic force) states, allowing materials to be attracted or released with remarkable independence.
Magnetized state: An electromagnetic coil activates with a swift burst of current, switching the state of reversible magnetic materials. This action generates a potent magnetic field across the surface of the magnetic poles, providing an exceptional adsorption force. As the magnetic field forms a closed loop, there is no magnetic loss, ensuring operation with no heat, no noise, and zero energy consumption (illustrated in Figure 1.1).
Demagnetized state: In the magnetized state, the electromagnetic coil generates another burst of current. The circuit alters the reversible magnetic field, causing the magnetic field to converge inside the permanent magnet. Consequently, the surface of the magnetic pole exhibits no magnetic field, enabling the release of the material (illustrated in Figure 1.2).
