What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro permanent magnetic technology ingeniously uses electrical control to manipulate the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. It allows for independent attraction or release of materials, providing a dynamic magnetic force (magnetized state) or a non-magnetic force (demagnetized state). This innovative application technology heralds a new era of material handling.
In its magnetized state, the electromagnetic coil utilizes instantaneous excitation current to switch the magnetic field state of reversible magnetic materials. This process envelops the magnetic poles' surface with a strong adsorption force, forming a closed loop that eliminates magnetic loss, operates without heat, noise, or energy consumption, as illustrated in Figure 1.1.
During the demagnetized state, the electromagnetic coil again discharges an instantaneous excitation current to alter the reversible magnetic field. This action converges the magnetic field within the permanent magnet, rendering the magnetic pole surface non-magnetic, thus releasing the material, as depicted in Figure 1.2.
