What is Electro Permanent Magnetic Technology?
Electro Permanent Magnet technology is a breakthrough innovation that allows control over the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials using electricity. This advanced technology enables materials to be magnetically attracted or released with great precision, either in a magnetized (magnetic force) or demagnetized (non-magnetic force) state. It represents a cutting-edge solution for independent material handling.
Magnetized State: With a swift pulse of current through the electromagnetic coil, the reversible magnetic material switches states, enveloping the magnetic poles' surface with a robust magnetic field. Thanks to the closed-loop formation of the magnetic field, there is zero magnetic loss, ensuring operation without heat, noise, or energy consumption, as illustrated in Figure 1.1.
Demagnetized State: By applying another quick current pulse through the coil in the magnetized state, the built-in circuit alters the reversible magnetic field. This causes the field to retract inside the permanent magnet, eliminating the surface magnetic field and releasing the material, as depicted in Figure 1.2.
