What is electro permanent magnetic technology?
Revolutionize your understanding with electro permanent magnet technology, which uses electricity to manipulate the magnetic field lines of permanent magnet materials. Experience magnetic force (magnetized state) or its absence (demagnetized state) through this cutting-edge application, allowing independent attraction or release of materials.
In the magnetized state, the electromagnetic coil quickly energizes, controlling the magnetic field switch of reversible materials. This process creates a robust magnetic field over the poles, ensuring powerful adsorption without power loss, heat, or noise, as depicted in Figure 1.1.
In the demagnetized state, another quick burst of current changes the reversible magnetic field, confining it within the permanent magnet. This ensures that the pole surface loses its magnetic field, releasing the material seamlessly, as shown in Figure 1.2.
